Product Care


As all of our accessories are handmade and personally designed, please do expect some minor imperfections on our accessories.

To prolong the lifespan of your accessories, please avoid exposure to water, sweat, perfume, alcohol or other chemicals.

As most of the metals are made of brass or plated alloy/brass, they are susceptible to oxidization and may turn black over time or after prolonged exposure to water, sweat, perfume or chemicals.

Please use a slightly damp cloth or tissue only to wipe off dirt. Immediately wipe off dampness with dry cloth or tissue to avoid blacking of the brass parts.

Please do not pull excessively and avoid dropping them as that may cause leaks/damages.

Most of the resin charms are coated with UV resin that may have high tolerance to sunlight but may risk turning yellow.

Store in a cool and dry place.


Payments

Currently we only accept payments in the form of Bank Transfer (for Malaysians only) and via PayPal through this website.

Please make your payments within 24 hours. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and the items will be released from your cart.

Please attach your Bank Transfer receipts with the reference number once you have checked out your cart and made payment.


Returns & Refunds

Actual product may differ slightly from image shown due to lighting and photography.

Goods sold are STRICTLY not refundable and not refundable UNLESS under certain circumstances for which the goods may be refunded.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account or PayPal (original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on PayPal's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

As all our accessories are handmade, therefore, they will be wrapped and packaged with care before delivery. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by mishandling or damages during and after delivery. Please handle them with care!


Trades & Customization

Currently we do not accept any trades or customization. Any openings will be announced via our Instagram page.


Shipping FAQ

We will start to process your orders upon receiving the proof of payments.

Your order will be cancelled if you do not make payment within 24 hours.

Due to all our orders are first come, first serve basis. No reservations are allowed.

Currently we ship to most countries as International-Outbound Postal Services have been resumed. If your country is not selected, we will initiate a refund to your bank account or PayPal (original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on PayPal's policies.

Please expect at least 14 working days (unless stated otherwise) for us to prepare and send out your orders.

Customization will take at additional 7-10 working days (unless stated otherwise).

Delivery duration are dependent on the current situation of postal services/shipping companies between Malaysia and your country.

Tracking number will be provided via this website once your order have been shipped out.

Any VAT, Customs, Import/Export Duty and/or Service Tax charges are borne by you. Kindly contact us if you are from the UK or EU countries. 

We are not held responsible for delayed shipping, lost, damaged or returned package. Charges for re-shipping and/or remaking of the items will be imposed. Kindly ensure all your shipping details are correct.

Repairs/Replacements to Damaged Pieces

All of our accessories are shipped well-wrapped and protected. However, should there be any unforeseen damages occurred by accident or during shipping, repairs and/or replaces will only be offered under special circumstances with prior discussions and agreement. 

As stated in the shipping/return-refund terms above, charges for repairs, replacements and re-shipping of the repaired/replaced accessories may/will be imposed.
